Our business users can benefit from hardware fault diagnostics and repairs, PC maintenance, computer upgrades, education and consultancy.

We will review each individual request and provide an estimate based on our hourly rate of £4 per hour.

Computer maintenance

Just like a car, a PC can benefit from regular maintenance to keep it in good working order. We can provide support for all PC models and operating systems and our PC health checks can detect and remove viruses/spyware, maintain performance by running hard disk checks, back-up data such as digital photos to CD/DVD for safe keeping and resolve any particular issues you are experiencing. We can also migrate your data to a new PC if you wish.

Computer repairs and upgrades

We can repair your PC if it is not working or has developed a fault. With years of troubleshooting experience, we can diagnose and resolve the problem and where possible back-up and retrieve your data.

Common upgrades include adding more memory to improve performance and replacing faulty hard disks or adding extra storage space.

Installations

We can install or diagnose software faults or help you choose a suitable broadband provider and set it up too.

We can also meet the networking needs of small businesses, for example with file and printer sharing as well as installing and configuring servers.

IT training and education

Too often home and business users are sold new equipment but are not given the support they need to get the most out of it. We can help you optimise your investment by providing training in a range of areas:
